Gamespot's Gaming Reality Show "The Controller"

The gaming website gamespot.com, released a few weeks ago their brand new gaming reality show based on Battlefield 3 called The Controller. On the show there are basically doubles consisted of a gamer and a common person that has never played video games. The gamers have to teach their partner how to play, and the doubles have to do well in physical challenges that look just like Battlefield. The doubles play money rounds where the person with more kills wins money, and the ultimate winner wins U$ 50,000. Below are episodes 6 and 7.

Grand Theft Auto V - GTA V

So who saw the trailer for GTA V? (the link to the trailer is on the bottom of this post) I did watch it, not only once but a few time, and it was amazing, for me if the game is the same as the trailer, it will be a combination of GTA IV with San Andreas, great video quality (GTA IV) with lots of fun stuff to do like flying planes or buying houses (San Andreas). I just can't wait for this game to come out, every time Rockstar announces a new GTA i get so excited about it, that I start saving money right away to be one of the first ones to buy it. Skyrim

So as most of you know, Skyrim just came out. I personally do not own it yet, but my friend has it for 360, and I got to see him playing a lot. This game has some major improvements when compared to Oblivion. First off, on this game you have a greater variety of skills to level up. The leveling method is really efficient, which makes the game much more dynamic. Some new things you can do, you can gather plants and food and cook them in a cauldron to make health, magicka (mana), or stamina potions. Something else, you can also get married in the game, taking the game a step closer to reality. Another good point is that almost everything in the game is interactive, for example you can sneak behind someone and pickpocket that person and steal his/her clothes letting them with nothing but underwear. On the battle side of the game, there are so many options for combinations of weapons and different spells, that it makes your character unique. Battling dragons is really fun and it requires skills, they are strong fast, and sometimes there are other creatures trying to kill you at the same time. This game is probably one of the best RPG games released for PS3 until now if not the best, and it will be hard to beat a game. If you are looking for a game where you will not get tired of playing it soon, I definitely recommend it, if you liked Oblivion, you will love this game.

Battlefield 3

Now I have been playing Battlefield 3 for a few days, and I loved it, the campaign is pretty sweet, the storyline is great and it sucked me into it, I'm playing on Normal so sometimes i get stuck, cant wait to see the ending of it. And the multiplayer is great as always, driving jets is really hard, but fun. sometimes when my team sucks, I just get a jet and keep flying around for fun. I recommend it, great game.

Battlefield 3 and how to make money

I just got my hands on Battlefield 3, I had the first 2 games and I loved every minute I was playing them. For this one I have high expectations, I have been watching videos on youtube over the last week. I got this game for U$ 45.00 on Amazon.com one week after its release date, I am pretty happy for that price. Before  I got the game I saw that the Online Pass is required. On Amazon.com it said my game was new, even thought i wasn't buying it straight from Amazon.com. It got here and the Online Pass worked, so I am relieved. I will be posting a review on it soon.

Resistance 3 - Online Pass

Last week I bought the game Resistance 3, because I played the first 2 games and they were really good offline as well as online games. So I was expecting the third game to be good too. But the problem is, I bought an used game, which should not be a problem, but it is, because Sony decided to make some revenue of used games and created a thing called Online Pass. It is basically a code that gives you access to play online. So if you bought the game from a store or it was closed you will be able to play it, but for people like me who likes to buy used games, we have to pay an extra U$ 10.00 to get a new access code in order to play online. It is really disappointing, because I was waiting for so long for this game to come out and now I can't play online. I think this pass is really unnecessary since Sony makes so much money already. In my opinion Sony gave a step back on the console fight with Microsoft and Nintendo. Leave your comments on the Online Pass.

FIFA 12 - How to get money

This post is for anyone who likes to play FIFA and think you are good enough to earn money playing it. First off, you have to create a Virgin Gaming account. Once you have created your account, you can add games to you list and start searching for matches to play. For FIFA 12 there is a free-to-enter tournament where you can win U$ 20.00 if you win 3 games in a row. After you have won those three games it is not possible for you to play that tournament again to win more. Than you have to move to tournament where you have to pay to enter. Only one thing, there are some states in which this kind of gaming is consider gambling, so in states gambling is not allowed, you won't be able to play it. Currently, cash games are not available to residents in the following US states: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee and Vermont.
